Outstanding hotel
Extremely accommodating, excite hotel staff Joanna help me when I was in an extreme pitch. Which we greatly appreciated. Wish I had more time to stay in the hotel to use there facilities. If I am back in the area I would definitely stay here again

Pricey But Staff Is Wonderdul
This is a very expensive hotel compared to various other “Suites” hotels that I’ve stayed at. Aside from that, the staff was AWESOME! Zach, the overnight front desk staffer, was extremely helpful with my elderly parents during our very late check-in. The staffers in the morning were very courteous and helpful also when I was trying to reach a taxi/Uber.

Hotel was beautiful and clean, it smelled so good too!!!!!! The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great, there were lots of options to chose from. The pool was clean! Our room was clean when we got there. Both my kids had a great time and my husband and I felt like we could relax! We will be staying here again. Great job, Fairfield!!!!!!!

I attempted to book directly, however, the rate was extremely higher and service was quite rude! Date was December 29th, at 10:25am! I proceeded to book online - sad that booking direct would be $50 more then an impersonal booking on-line. Property and stay was very good - we would return.

The room was very clean. I appreciated that the bedding was all white, and that the beds were platform beds. Very comfortable bedding as well. Also the room had a microwave, which was a nice surprise.

The property is clean and staff are great! I was there due to my sister passing away but the hotel was amazing! They even left me a grief bag at my room upon returning from the hospital. This really helped my unpleasant stay be just a little bit better! I highly recommend staying here, and I'll certainly be back.

it was all great. my only complaint is that our room was right next the electrical room and there was an obvious humming sound constantly. since we were there only one night we just went with it. it wasn’t very busy; perhaps they shouldn’t use that room unless they absolutely have to.
