Located right on the Ithaca Common. Walkable to downtown shops and eateries. A bit of hike but 20 mins. to Collegetown.

The hotel overall was very nice. Down town and close to lots of restaurants and stores. White fuzz was on the floor when i arived and was still under a chair when I left 3 days later. Also, the shower track was disgusting with mold. Cleaning seemed to be surface only. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.
