3 Day Family Trip
This was a great 3-day trip to Ithaca. We were traveling with a baby and a dog, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in getting everything settled for us. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always offered treats for our dog as we went out. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel manager was great and friendly. Rest of the staff was average to hostile. Ithaca Commons has gone downhill which makes it not worth the premium price on location. Surrounding area is dirty and not as friendly as in the past.

I should have stayed at the Hampton Inn and I will never stay at this hotel again! First the tub had a rubber mat in it which I would not step on in a hotel. I removed the mat and there was hair from the previous guest under it and the tub is scrapped and needs work. The window shade is broken do I could not enjoy the view. The room is very dim and does not have enough lighting. The room has 1 dim lamp at the corner and 2 tiny lights by the nightstand . The hotel states they have Tesla charging stations which they don’t even have a parking lot. We parked at another location which allow guest to park there then you have to return to the hotel and have them validate your parking ticket for free parking. This back and forth is a bit much. They only have 1 electrical vehicle charger which is operable the other one is broken therefore we had to drive elsewhere to charge the car and pay for it. I was not pleased with this experience at all
