チェックアウト時フロントの担当者の対応は最低なものでした。 クレジットカードの使い方が分からず何度も機械に挿し直したり、あげく地面に落としたり。 その上、ようやく会計が終わったかと思ったら、別のお客様の明細で会計してしまったため、もう一度初めからやり直させてくださいと言われました。 結局チェックアウトに30分程度かかってしまい、大迷惑です。 あまり悪びれた様子もなく、またのお越しをお待ちしております。の一言。 もう二度と行きません。

お盆期間中に安さに惹かれ宿泊しました。 全体的に建物が古い感じはありますが、きちんと清掃されていたので快適に過ごせました。 ただ、大浴場が狭く、洗い場も少ない。 洗い場5〜6箇所に対し、一時20名以上が浴場内におり何もせずにそのまま部屋へ戻りました。 台風上陸と重なり、暴風雨の中一度外へ出て大浴場へ行かなくてはいけなかったのでがっかりでした。

ワンちゃんと年越し。
大晦日に家族とペットと一緒に利用させていただきました。建物は古いですが、広々としていて、皆で楽しく過ごせました。沢山出たゴミも捨ててくれ、お風呂で会ったスタッフの方も気さくに声をかけてくれ、フロントの方の対応も良く、また利用させていただこうと思いました。隣が遅くまで騒いでいましたが、年明けなので我慢できました。

房间倒是宽敞，只是整个给人的感觉像公寓，而且是很古老的那种，房间陈设也很古老，虽然环境还行，但是性价比并不高。

古いですが、大人数で行くのに適しているかも
大人数で安く滞在するにはとても便利だと思います。 お部屋も広いですし、BBQも1階なら芝に出て楽しくできそうです。 お部屋のお風呂はとても古いので、大浴場に行くのがおすすめです。

3LDKと広くゆったりとした旅行になりました✨一階を使わせて頂きました✨一階では窓を開けてバーベキューも出来るようで楽しみも広がると思います✨。他のレビューにはリビングにエアコンが一つと書かれていましたが，全室エアコンが付いていましたょ． あげるなら洋室が少しカビ臭いのと羽毛布団の羽毛が少し出ているのか⁈まくる度に舞う様子が見られたので使う前にテェックした方が良いですょ。 大浴場は洗い場が5つと少ないので，夕飯時，少し前，後に使うのが一番ゆっくり出来るかと思います。 ホテルの方も皆さん穏やかな様子でゆっくりと過ごせました。

完璧なコンドミニアム！
大変素晴らしかった！ 実は、元々滞在していた民宿が、あまりにサービス、清潔さ、食事など全てが酷くて落ち込んでました。 そこで、宿を変えようと思い立って、ホテルズドットコムでこちらを見つけて予約！ 最高でした！ とにかく、広い！ あと、庭が綺麗！ 大浴場も綺麗！気持ちいい！ 食事も美味しい！ スタッフ丁寧！ 一碧湖まで徒歩で行けて、一碧湖も素晴らしくて感動！

とても部屋が広く快適でした！クーラーがリビングにしかない為、夏はほかの部屋が少し暑いです。部屋は綺麗でしたが部屋についているお風呂は残念でした。温泉もぬるかったです。

いい勉強になりました。
wifi無料と記載されていたが、フロント棟でしか使用できないとのことで騙されたように感じた。調度品なども傷やほつれなど多く、快適には程遠い。挙句の果てには朝から火災警報器の誤作動で大きな音が鳴り響き、二度と使用しないと心に決めました。

家族連れにはいいかな。
お部屋は広くてゆったり過ごせます。ただ、建物はすごく古くて埃っぽいです。掃除は行き届いている感じですが、古さに伴う劣化はあるので清潔感を求める方には合っていないかもしれません。 バーベキューができたり敷地が広いので、小学生くらいのお子さまは楽しめるかと思います。
