The newly built apartment is cozy and comfortable
furnished and can accommodate 1-5 people (+ a no child).
There are 2 double beds and a single bed, as well as a cot
available for small children.

The 65m ² apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom / toilet, kitchen and large balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, coffee machine, TV, radio and DSL connection.

Outside, a large children's playground (giant trampoline) with a sunbathing lawn and a cozy sun terrace with a barbecue (grill available) invite you to linger.

Relax in our wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, plunge pool and relaxation room.

We run a farm with dairy cattle, calves, alpine pasture and forestry. You are welcome to watch or help in the stable.

We had a wonderful time! We were in the area visiting our daughter for over a week, and did not want to pay high prices for a small room in a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place is for the price! Huge apartment, very clean, and excellent shower! We would definitely stay again. It’s only a 10 minute drive from Lenggries. The place is on an actual farm and seeing cows out the kitchen window was really fun!

Farmstay with absolute peace and quiet!
Nice and clean accommodation on a working farm. Cows, chickens and 3 cats. Complete set of crockery and utensils. Owners are staying in next building, do not speak much English but are friendly and welcoming.

auch bei Regen ein Traum ...
Die Ferienwohnung hat nichts vermissen lassen, ist sehr gut gepflegt und top in Schuss. Auch für den Aufenthalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern war alles da was benötigt wurde (Wickelauflage, Gitterbett, Hochstuhl). Die Lego-Kiste auf dem Schrank hat uns manche Regenstunden gut verbringen lassen. Der Semmel-Dienst ist der Wahnsinn und lässt einen entspannt in den Tag starten. Kurzum: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Großzügige Wohnung in toller Lage

Entspannen im Nirgendwo
die Location liegt quasi im Nirgendwo. Entspannung und Ruhe trotz emsigem Treiben auf dem Bauernhof und den umliegenden Feldern. Viel erreichbar innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten Autofahrt. Freundliche Vermieter, Sauna und Whirlpool direkt auf der Etage (gegen kleine Nutzungsgebühr). Für Familien mit Kindern oder Freunden der Natur und Ruhe super geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Toll fanden wir, dass auch Gewürze, Spülmittel und Mülltüten zurVerfügung gestellt wurden. Der Blick vom Balkon geht wunderbar in die Berge und das Haus selbst liegt ruhig. Gute Lage für Ausflüge nach München aber auch in die Berge. Brötchenservice funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber.
