Was on the road when I booked, so I thought I was booking at Cactus Pete's, but when I got there, I was told I was booked at the Horseshu across the street. If I would have paid closer attention I would have noticed, but I was more focused on what type of room (2 queens vs King) I was getting. I would have paid another $15 for the better room at Cactus Pete's. If I wanted to book across the street at the Horseshu, I would have expected it to show up as a separate booking option in the search. I might have rated better if would have been a great experience. Doesn't feel as secure as other hotels, there is no "front desk" no security door to get into the building (there is for your room). Place hasn't been updated and smells old. Bedding had a stain, wasn't sur how clean it was. The air unit didn't adjust from just being "on" the whole time so the room was colder than I wanted. No fridge or any common amneties. Whole area felt sketchy. Got about 4 hours sleep before I gave up and moved on to my next leg of my trip.

Room dirty, no water pressure for shower, broken elevator. Dessert coffee shop dirty, lots of flies, complained about brown lettuce in salad, was told prep cooks don’t prep every day. Spicy shrimp not cooked, quesadilla undercooked. Cactus Pete’s needs total overhaul or implosion.

Things were good except the first couple of days as during dinner on the first night, the power went out due to a fire down the road. Power was out for about 24 hours. The rest of the stay was good!

There was Electricity! There was no one to tell us we needed to check into Cactus Pete for Horseshu reservations. No Elevators. I had an elderly family member with CHF. Flight steps were too much. We were located on the 3rd floor. Please refund my money. Please

There for Pro-Am Golf. Accommodations okay. Signs of needed remodeling/upgrades needed and appreciated for future stays. Desert cafe was bust. Short staffed for number of guests (Pro-Am & tourists. Caused slow food delivery and cold foods when delivered.ie: gravy gelled on hot roast beef plate. Staff was doing best to keep up, apologizing to almost everyone, including us.

The front desk wasnt helpful as we were told checkin alwas at 4pm, but they didnt let us in until 530 pm. However, they did offer free drinks and a dinner. Then the power went out and the hotel room was with no power and no ac.

Terrible stay. Was sent to the property across the highway from the casino, Power was lost due to fire at substation.No A/C ,in room. Power was never restored during our stay, Toilet in room would not flush. when told about it, the clerk said"sorry about that''. I asked about a reduced rate but received nothing . I understand they had no control over the power but some type of remand was expected for the shape the room was, Never again !!!

The power was out for almost 24 hours due to a fire at an electrical substation miles away. Staff was as helpful and accommodating as possible given the situation.

We gambled. We took a nap. We woke up to a pitch black room. No power. Anywhere except the slot machines. Everyone was at a machine do to no power. We left to drive 3 hours back home.The hotel said because we booked through you guys they cant refund me. I would like a refund.The manager said he will approve it!!
