Comfortable Stay
Our stay was comfortable. Gave four stars for two reasons. Heating and cooling system in the room was very noisy and complimentary breakfast was not satisfactory. Breakfast area was small and there were no hot cereals and limited hot prepared dishes.

Beautiful lodge in a great location walkable to Jackson Square and the surrounding shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable too. The breakfast was awesome - so many options!

Not luxury and not budget. Great little spot - log cabin was clean, comfy, quiet and perfect location, walked to all spots in JH. Can’t speak to the main hotel, didn’t see it. Only thing that was kind of a bummer was the breakfast, we had it one day but other days we actually went out. However loved the fact that coffee/tea, juice & water are available all day and able to buy other snacks in lobby. Nice little lobby too. Small gym and pool/hot tub were nice at the end of the day & daily baked cookies at 5 are a nice touch. Would recommend.

Excellent place in a very good location. Its little bit pricey and hotel offered luxury in the room. Only recommendation is breakfast should be improved with more fruit/nut option. . They should have skim milk for cereal.

Very attractive main building. My sister and I stayed in the 3 bed loft room. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location can't be beat. It is very central. The building, the door to the room, and the room itself just requires a coat of paint to freshen it up a bit and to make it seem more bright and welcoming.

The blanket boxes at the end of the bed are a hazard during the night. Room lighting is too dark even when all lights on . Continental Breakfast would benefit from a compote or chopped fresh fruit option for the price being charged.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Staff is very welcoming and professional. Hotel room was wonderful. Bed and bedding was very cozy and comfortable. Shower was perfect. Breakfast was top notch. Afternoon warm cookies was a plus. Close to everything downtown. We walked down there several time.

The property and room met our expectations. The gentleman working at the desk was EXTREMELY rude to a lady standing next to me. The lady had asked for directions and he got loud, obnoxious and began shouting comments that were uncalled for. It made an uncomfortable situation for myself and the other guests in the lobby.

We stopped here on a long road trip. It was nice to get a room with 3 beds, one being upstairs. Loved the location and the free breakfast. We walked all over and my kids ate the free cookies in the evening. I wish we could have stay longer.
