Check in was very easy & convenient! The email communication was spot on. We never got the TV to work, tried for 1/2 hour with instruction & gave up. Shower was hot but weak water pressure. Quiet stay, and clean.

The property was clean and suited out needs. The entrance to the parking lot has a huge pothole that needs repairing. For the price, we were happy with the room and it was very convenient to Jackson.

It was a great cost effective place to stay. Needs a few updates inside the room maybe a small couch and more than 1 chair for table. Had some cosmetic eyesores from room repairs. Overall good place to stay, would do it again

Excellent location. 1 block to bus transit center. 5-10 mins walk to all the shops and restaurants. And yet it’s quiet and allows us to rest well. Rooms are not fancy but very clean. Very good value for its price.

I couldn't sleep for two nights staying there, I could hear everything on the second floor and next door•••very bad sound insulation. There's one night two people quarreled and fighted above my room l, I heard every single word and every movement•••The location is good and the room looks nice, but for resting and privacy it's unbearable.

Everything we needed and literally nothing more.
This bare bones older room had very little charm, the floor has a hump in it, the toilet flapper tends to hang in the up position so we took the tank lid off so we could just tap it and make it fill. The room was very clean, K-cup coffees were good, the bed was clean and comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were surprised that our room was cleaned while we were out—most motels don't make your bed during your stay anymore. 5 stars because when I really don't want to pay for posh amenities I won't use because we're spending our time somewhere else, all I want is a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and decent coffee. This motel delivered 100%. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here on the night we arrived in Jackson Hole and again on the night preceding departure. It was off-season so easy parking overall. Super easy check-in, no contact required. Rooms were fine, bathroom a little beat up in both rooms. This is not a high end stay nor do they present themselves as such. Room was clean, mostly quiet. Easy walk to the downtown square for dining options. Lower rating is purely about cost - but that’s Jackson Hole!
