We loved our room that we had here. It was almost like a small studio apartment with a small kitchen including items to serve food! It was a very busy weekend in Jackson, however it was quiet where we were. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful.

Location is great and close drive to downtown. Having a kitchenette was nice. Shower was really small, similar to a cruise. We also found hair on one of the beds so we were not comfortable using both beds.

Oversold. Gave away prepaid room
I had a prepaid room via Hotels.com. When i checked in at 8pm, the clerk said no rooms were available. However, after calling her manager, she offered me a bunk bed room used for children. It sucked. I thought the reason for a prepaid room was a guaranteed room. Idiotic management

This is a glorified Motel 6. The beds were like brillo pads, sheets felt dirty and it was extremely poor comfort. I paid over $300 per night for horrible conditions. Worst experience I have had for the money I paid in my 30+ years of travel.

Moldy ceiling in room 171 delay with refund
The staff was nice on night crew. I had a late arrival. It was just me. I got checked in the room has modern furniture and decor. I was so tired I took a shower and went straight to bed. The next morning I get up and go to the bathroom to wash my face and use the toilet. There was a cockroach on the floor. Not that big a deal, I had just spent the week camping. But then I look up and see black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Not okay. I just spent the night breathing that stuff in. I finish gathering my things and go to the front desk. I went to check out and the day crew person asks how things were. I explained the situation and her immediate response seemed an attempt to blame shift, instead of an apology. "Did you call the front desk so they could switch your room?" "No. I just saw it this morning." was my response. "Well this reservation was through a third party so I don't know if we'll be able to do anything for you." I called today.(22 Aug 2024) There has been no follow up. I wasn't going to write this review in hopes that they would make it right and give them time to clean up the room, but I doubt that is happening. To be able to say that there was a problem, but they made it right as quickly as they could would have been a much more pleasing thing to write. Unfortunately, that isn't the case this time.

Well maintained, what appears to be a fairly new area. Staff were all very polite and helpful. This was one of the less expensive hotels in the Jackson area and I would definitely return. The room I had had a small kitchenette next time I’ll make more use of it.
