Everything was great. The only issue is the water temperature changes drastically while showering if someone flushes the toilet or opens the faucet water . And it gets very hot to the point it can burn. Besides that . Everything is great 💯. We love the purple and the pool and the location and price.

We really enjoyed staying at Mountain modern. It had everything we needed and was so nice to be able to bring our two pups! You are super close to everything so we walked everywhere. We will definitely be back again!

Loved the property but the water in the shower was switching from hot to cold very rapidly on its own and had no pressure. Had to use the shower in the pool area in order to successfully clean myself. Still I would stay here again on another visit to Jackson Wyoming!

Good but thin walls
It’s a good hotel, super equipped for storing ski gear and washing stuff. Just very very thin walls so your experience is really going to depend on who your neighbors are. They supply earplugs which is nice.

We really like the location and property. What we dint like was the location of our room 842, right above kitchen. Every morning we heard the covwrsation downstairs. Also, the nightly bar and food service stopped. Understandable since there was 1 person trying to do it all. Keep the bar service, great place to meet people. Stop the nightly meals.

Great location. Front desk was nice. Room was average felt run down and dingy but we were ok with staying since we hadn’t planned to spend much time in the room. The smoke from the fires was so bad my husband couldn’t breath so we had to leave 1 day early. They were not willing to refund one unused night. We checked out by 11:00am and they had our room rented before we left. Only reason I know this was because there was a gentlemen at the desk asking for accommodation for the same night. Given that they were able to rebook our room their refusal to refund our one night is inconsiderate. I will never stay at this property again.

City was working on the water lines and we woke up to no water. That would have been nice to know upon check in. Besides that, our stay was nice. Property can be a little confusing to get around.
