I will be very reluctant to use Expedia or Best Western again due to their zero refund on cancellation policy. Even though I knew a month in advance that I would not be able to make this trip, the damage was done, the $400 bill was non-refundable, and the continuous hounding for a review finally prompted me to write this. I know there is "trip insurance," but I've always felt like this is a scam to layer another expense onto an anxious traveler's trip. I still won't purchase the insurance, but I'll probably never book with Best Western again. Sorry.

This is by far the worst piece of property I have ever encountered! I checked out and requested a refund right after I checked in!! They told me to contact Expedia and request a refund. Then Expedia would call them and request a refund. Expedia did their part and the MOTEL NOT HOTEL denied the request!! Worst customer service ever!!

The floors were filthy. Our feet were completely black. The babies were crawling on the floor and completely filthy so undoubtedly it has not been mopped the sheets had hair on them just nasty. old worn out towels. I would say it is the worst motel I have ever stayed in and I don’t usually give bad reviews

Older hotel. The rooms are on the outside. Location great. A lot of people sitting in desk chairs outside smoking. ? how many people living there. Overall no issues!
