Hotel with a heart
My room and the hotel property were clean and attractive. Their breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I will stay at this hotel if a visit Jackson, TN, again. I spent six nights at this hotel during the week of Thanksgiving because a relative was in ICU at a Jackson hospital. The staff was very considerate and compassionate towards me during this difficult time.

The hotel was very comfortable from the lobby area to the room. The check in and lobby area was clean and contemporary. The room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, good strong connection on the WiFi, comfortable beds, good water pressure and temperature, pool was comfortable temperature Cons: TV was having issues, maintenance would fix it then within 30 minutes would stop working right again. The alarm went off at 6am waking my kids up. The room the pool was in was incredibly cold
