This is our third time staying here. The first time we really liked it but the last two times we found the place not clean and the place is falling apart. Housekeeping did a terrible job our last two visits and this time we noticed the things are just not holding up very well. The shower valve in our room was all messed up and the shower door was all bound up so it wouldn't slide in the track

Check your credit card charges!!
Overall, the room was clean & safe which was all I was looking for. I paid in full in advance in July for our Oct stay. I printed out my receipt to give to the person at the desk on check in. He asked for my credit card, which I thought was for verification. The next thing I knew he ran my card without letting me know. I got an instant notification from my bank that the guy tried to charge me $850 ON TOP of what I paid in full! I was shocked & angry. I pulled up my bank statement & showed my payment. I told him if I did not get a room that I paid for, I would call my bank there on speakerphone & file a fraud claim. He instantly gave me the room key. When I woke up in the morning, I saw another attempted charge to my bank for $190! I didn't do or use anything but the restroom & shower. We were there 3 days & never had housekeeping come at all.
