The lady who checked us in couldn't have been sweeter. We arrived around 6 on a Sunday. The only thing I didn't like and found odd was they knocked on my door 2 times to check to see if we had an ironing board and a mirror on the wall. Still very odd. Kinda sketchy feeling both times. I do think that the rooms need safes and microwaves.

No hanger space, no drawers, bathroom is 5'x5.5'. The A/C sounded like a jet engine. trouble sleeping. We were charged a very high rate and we are seniors and military retirees. The worst. Never again! We cancelled our 3rd day and went to another hotel which was awesome.

Pool was nice. Sauna was out of order. Pain in sleeping area and bathroom black and peeling. Very small bathroom. Had to get in the tub to shut the door because it was inches from the toilet. Entry light and bathroom fan didn't work. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was better then expected. Eggs sausage waffles cereal yogurt breads oatmeal and apples.

We will never stay at this place again its is just gounf to hell. It use to be a good hotel but not no moee the room smelled like mold the fridge and freezer did not work

To watch anything on tv, I had to sign into my personal accounts (spectrum and Netflix) the A/C keep the room cool but not the 61 degrees I lowered it to. Overall was good stay though.

Room was clean and bedding good. Security bad- outside door was left hanging open, actually open, not just unlocked. Breakfast was awful - at 8am cereal dispensers only had a few dregs, “hot” fried eggs only one left. When reported to the desk clerk, who also was responsible for the breakfast, that everything was empty, he said he just refilled the sausages. The few that were in there must have been taken directly from the freezer to the warmer as they were ice cold, not just not hot. The oj came out of the dispenser looking like lemonade. There was no bread for toast. Only the waffle maker. One positive, they had a good coffee machine.

It keeps getting worse
I had to frezzer in my fridge i had medicine that i need ice packs for the microwave did not work the carpet in the hallway was drenched in water.. the ppl dog beside me kept barking
