#1 Worse room ever...
Rm 302 Had roaches in kitchen and broken drawer. Ants in bathroom, dirty floors, couch stained and cover set for pull out wasnt complete. After informing front desk they did not have another room to move my family to and told me to let the 3rd party i booked thru ( HOTELS.COM ) know and take pics. Breakfast was plastic plates and ware. I expected more from Staybridge Suites for the price. Very disappointed.

This Hotel is absolutely second to none in the entire Metro Jackson/Ridgeland/Madison area!!! No competition when it comes the friendly staff, exceptionally clean, modern and spacious rooms.
