It was a great hotel within distance of the event me and my family attended. The only thing I paid 100 dollars for incidental and I only stayed 1 night. That was almost as much as the room. I am a IHG member I stayed in another city for 4 nights and paid 150 for incidentals so where is the disconnect . But I would recommend this hotel just not sure how the incidental worked for 1 night

Was a quiet night. The rooms are in good condition for an extended stay lodging. I would give it a 7.5/8 out of 10. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC was not perfect. Got hot overnight but tge room was much bigger to cool than a normal room you would expect. Has a full kichen. Use back way not 103 exit because traffic is horrendous.

The pictures online made the hotel look very nice and safe. Upon arriving, there were a lot of individuals loitering around the parking lot. I could not tell if they were guests at the hotel or not. You can hear everything that’s going on in the rooms around you. The room isn’t the cleanest either but isn’t the worst. I felt extremely unsafe in the hotel though and stayed for maybe 30 minutes before booking a different hotel. To the point I had blocked the door in case someone tried to come in. The front desk staff however was very friendly when I checked in and was the only good thing I experienced.

I've always lived here but they seem to have new management... I really didn't care for the onions and curry smells that filled the hallways. This used to be my go to but I will have to choose another option... I stayed for about 5 nights and no one came to refreshen my room. Again, I'll assume it's the way of new management.

Staff were friendly. Hotel.has a lot of potential but my particular room was dirty. Stained blanket in bag to make sofa bed. Sofa had a lot of stains on it Cabinet not clean. Bed were comfortable. Luckily we were there for a short time and was not in the room most ofnthe stay so i didnt bother about a room changet etc.

We had our kids at the pool-my husband went back to our room to grab something and found a teenage male stranger in our room. He escorted him to the front desk and the teen took off out the front door of the hotel. We could not figure out how this individual had gotten into our hotel room. We spent the rest of our one night stay feeling very uneasy and unsafe.
