We went to the hotel while renovations were being completed from a kitchen fire. We had to go to a sister hotel about 5 minutes away for breakfast. This was a little inconvenient, but was a great breakfast!

Such a quaint and inviting inn!! Nancy was super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Mt Adam’s room. Comfortable and cozy! The Inn had a recent fire which destroyed their spa and kitchen but they accommodated us with complimentary wine, coffee, tea and snack items, as well as, breakfast at their sister property, The Christmas Farm Inn. We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. And, kudos on having an elevator!

We arrived, not realizing and not received the message that they sent to us that the resort was closed due to a kitchen fire. We arrived, surprised and disappointed, but Nancy, the manager was very gracious and managed to accommodate us in one of the cottages. It was a nice brief stay , but unfortunately, the restaurant bar everything was closed that we were the only guests. I probably give it five stars if everything was working, so I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I probably will be back but beautiful resort and beautiful location close to the village of Jackson.

If you're looking for a cozy and welcoming inn with incredible food, excellent bartenders, and exceptional customer service, then the Inn at Thorn in Jackson, NH, is the place for you. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to the comfortable and elegantly appointed rooms, and the overall ambiance. The food is nothing short of amazing, thanks to the culinary skills of Chef Christina. What's more, the bartenders, Ben, and James, are outstanding, and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience. The customer service team, led by Nancy, is second to none, and they will exceed all your expectations. Overall, the Inn at Thorn is a great option whether you're a local or a visitor looking for a fantastic meal, a nightcap, or an overnight stay.

We loved The Inn At Thorn Hill. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was great. We had a terrific dinner at the restaurant. In the early morning they made us a takeaway breakfast which allowed us to keep to our schedule.
