Bed bugs infested! When we checked out on Monday 10/28/24, we thought it might have been mosquitoes, but after arriving home and going to emergency care, it’s bed bugs! We reserved four rooms and two were infested with bed bugs, all rooms on the same floor. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Well, the room was very nice and the bathroom was well equipped, but there was no shower chair for the shower for the handicapped room that we requested. And the bed was a king horrible. It was like being in a taco shell. You sat down on it and you fell to the middle. My sister and I were sharing the room. And it was very uncomfortable. I'd have the roll up hill. Just to get turned Uber very, very bad and when you got app from the next morning, the sheets and covers kind of covered the mattress until the covers were pulled back and you could definitely see the big dip in it and that you know when you're paying good money for a room. The beds are the most important thing because you're there to sleep. I would not go back there again, unyes. I went in and checked the room first. We were complained to management about it, but they showed no interest. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff in there were really nice and helpbut I'm not sure that I would stay there again because of the bed.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. He was probably the nicest & most polite hotel management I've ever encountered. The breakfast area was dirty. The utensils were nasty. The milk was spoiled. The staff there didn't care.
