Room wasn’t vacuumed, floor was dirty and the wall in the bathroom. Only received one towel per person for a 2 night stay. Had to go ask for more towels. Got stuck in the elevator and the room wasn’t ready when I arrived nearly 2 hours after check in time. Had to wait around after driving for hours. WiFi didn’t work. Called the front desk and they gave me a tech number to call and that place after being on hold for 39 minutes said they did not support the hotel. I will not stay here again. For the price I thought it would be an excellent stay. It was not.

Great hotel, less than great check-in experience
The hotel was beautiful. The room was excellent, clean, bed was extra comfortable, loved the drapes that made it extra dark, loved the large television and overall feel of the room. With that said, I will say that the person checking me in seemed very robotic. Did not offer, any kind words or suggestions or explanations on anything. Just yes ma’am no ma’am, and handed me the keys without even telling me “there is the elevator and this is your room number.”
