Needs to be supervised and checked.
The room was dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere, the dirt on the floor was pushed up next to wall. Asked for towels for 2 days, they didn’t have any clean. Had 4 towels in room, 1 towel was filthy and folded up, the bath mat was grungy. This room was very disgusting!! Really no towels??? This place needs supervision & housekeeping needs to be trained o. Asked for room cleaning out was not done. Checked out a day early because of wheather and was not checked out so hotel stole a days stay instead of refunding it.

Nightmare vacation room
I came into the room and the floor was wet so I assumed that housekeeping had just mopped well as time went on the floor never dried so I thought maybe it was the toilet or shower leaking I couldn’t figure it out I called to have the room cleaned and they never came so on the last night my the tv remote didn’t work so another had to help me maintaince would not come they gave the guest that was helping me another without the back on it so I didn’t get my room cleaned so I had to get my own towels and toilet paper and my bed broke and I basically woke up to a flood I couldn’t charge my phone because it said liquid in the room I feel with all of this I want all of my money back I couldn’t take pictures because my phone was dead and it wouldn’t allow me to charge it because of liquid in the room and I let the night auditor know and said she knew about that room so I should had never been given that room

Worse hotel I have ever been to. My room was switched three times because the TV was not working in each room, the floor panels were coming up, the third room had no hot water, people were smoking weed outside my door and the treadmill was broken.
