The hotel’s exterior looked impressive, and we initially felt we were staying at a great place. However, the welcome carpet was dirty, which left a poor first impression. The front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. When the first room we were shown had a terrible smell, the receptionist quickly provided an alternative room without carpet. Unfortunately, this room also had a bad odor, though it was slightly better than the first. The breakfast offerings were minimal and not up to par. The rooms were small, with tiny bathrooms and the washbasin located outside, which caused water to accumulate in the room. On the positive side, the checkout process was smooth. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would likely choose a different hotel next time.
