Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed with the other travel site? Our quiet and comfortable suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

You will enjoy a private apartment, separated by walls and a secure exterior door, from the rest of the duplex. The owner and caretaker both live in the building. The suite is accessed by a private door off of the porch, and the bedroom is secure with a lockable door. You will enjoy immense privacy, while having the convenience of management on-site. We will not bother you, but we are here for any need you may have during your stay…just ask!

Please note, there is a service animal exemption at this property due to an allergy. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the age of the home, we are not able to facilitate charging electric vehicles of any kind. Thank you.

A Delightful Stay
Just as advertised and better then a hotel room. This house is located on a lovely street and includes off street parking. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house was clean and efficient.

We absolutely loved this place! My husband came to Jacksonville for one night for a concert. This place was perfect! A good location. Perfect for staying a few days. Kevin was super nice and communicated well with us. We will definitely be staying again.
