Awesome hotel for the money, it’s right on the beach. Lots of great dining within a walkable distance (O ku) or the French cafe a short drive. Breakfast was not great, the food buffet wasn’t cooked well, scrambled eggs over cooked, bacon burned so it could be worse. But, for the money, we will be back.

It’s a boutique hotel so it’s definitely got that vibe. I was in town for a wedding that was taking place at the hotel and the wedding was beautiful. I would say the rooms need to be checked for molding in the bathroom but overall it was descent for the price.

Tiffany and the entire staff were amazing, we had to Evacuate from tampa , and they treated us like family. Realized that our place was flooded and couldn’t go home and they let us stay another night without any hesitation or price Gauging. Thank you again for the Hospitality.

Parking wasnt that great if you leave you hope you have parking space when getting back. They could use a little more cleaning in rooms in between guest. But I would definitely come back love the area.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that it's on the beach.y boyfriend was ROBBED by the bartender. He left his wallet on the table for 40 seconds. Came back and it was empty. We called the cops but weren't allowed to view the footage until a manager arrived. Guess who was conveniently unavailable? The manager! We still haven't heard anything! Also, breakfast is a joke and the lady bringing out more food after waiting at the empty self serve table for 25 minutes,used her HANDS to scoop out the potatoes and put them in the hot table. We decided to just not eat there. Dirty!in many ways! Don't stay here!

Refused to stay for $150 a night. Room was small , dirty , no table or chairs, frig on the floor in corner, bathroom dirty, toilet didn’t flush. Manager refunded my money back on my credit card but haven’t seen yet.

My wife and I weren't able to stay due to overbooking. I received a voicemail at 4:00 on Saturday, the night of our reservation, that their was miscommunication with Expedia and the hotel was experiencing overbooking. We will be receiving a refund, but very disappointed.

This hotel was musty and smelled everywhere. There was no water or blow dryer in the room and a wedding was happening so you felt like you were trying to go to sleep with a night club on the other side of the wall. Staff was less than stellar and parking instructions were "you're on your own". The small lot they had was full and paid parking everywhere else and they couldn't advise on rules for the paid lots, extremely disappointing as a local resident recommended the hotel to me.

What a find first they upgraded us to nicer room because it was slow because of the weather. Then we went to have a drink at the bar and grill at the hotel the staff there were fun and cared about our experience. Would highly recommend this hotel
