Absolutely excellent in every way except for an exceptionally hard mattress on both of the queen beds in 219. My wife and daughter were in 221, and their beds were fine. ???

So nice we loved our stay here :) pool was not heated so couldn’t use. The gym was well equipped and breakfast was very good! Would def recommend

We have an aunt in hospice care about to pass away any time…we packed quickly and I tried to make a reservation online…it said to choose my room, it gave 2 choices, when I finally completed it it said the room was no longer available, I tried the 2nd same thing, it said to try chat, I did, made the reservation, he called me for the credit card… when we arrived I had 2 separate reservations & my card had been charged twice…very upsetting when we are already upset.

Bit expensive for what it is.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay. Seems newer, had no problems. Room facing highway was on the noisy side, especially on an early weekday morning. Breakfast was about what you would expect, though nothing exceptional. Thought it was overpriced for being a mid-grade hotel. Unsure if i would pay the prce to stay again

Didnt get room I reserved

I specifically reserved a grround floor accessable room as I recently have mobility issues. The listing had a note on it “this is ground floor room. Well I get there and Im on 4th floor. Layout of hotel has you walking all the way down a hall to elevator, its not centrally located. Thats why I asked for ground because they were easily accessible. If this was my first visit it would be my last. Now being disabled I have seen just how hard it is to get rooms at hotels that are easy access. This hotel is clean, comfortable and people are great so that is always a plus. Just dont know why I did not get what I reserved, it was reserved almost two months ahead so should have been able to accomadate.
