Worst hotel shower we have ever had. At one point The water completey stopped while my wife was in the shower. Other than that Hotel and stay was Great!

After checking in we noticed no hot water. The front desk clerk came up to confirm this and checked other empty rooms which had same problem. She said she would notify management for some kind of compensation. Next morning same issue so skipped showers. Notified desk at checkout and was told to notify Expedia.

The shower had no pressure…when it finally turned on (it was delayed) and someone else’s hair was on the wall!! Our keys kept demagnetizing and our toilet was broke. The front desk workers weren’t friendly. When you speak, they just look at you! The waffle mix was really gross! I’ve stayed at this location before and it was nothing like this!!! Come on…let’s just do better!

Everything about the hotel was on point. Nice people, clean room, excellent hot breakfast. The only minor inconvenience was that the water in the shower didn't get as HOT as I like. Not a big deal, but something I noticed.

Great little location for a quick getaway
The hotel was a nice location except for the local traffic they were doing on expanding the highway. We were in town visiting friends and it was like a 5 min ride, perfect. We were able to see downtown and enjoy it. We also were in a suitable location to visit the coast of Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach and Fort Macon, the aquarium in Pine Knolls. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The pool was clean and clear, however the water was a little bit to chilly for my liking would have preferred it to be warmer.

Room was rundown. Stains on carpets- linens- curtains… water pressure was terrible and shower made a humming squeaking noise that work up my kids. There mold growing on a breakfast sandwich being offered. Glad I only booked 2 nights. Would not stay here again

Almost perfect 👌
Overall it was a great hotel. However when we first arrived we realize the air conditioning unit wasn't working. We had Hotel staff come take a look at it and she thought she had it fixed but it didn't work. In the end we had to transfer to another room which was inconvenient but not that big of a deal. However I realized first thing in the morning that our coffee maker was missing apart so I couldn't make my own coffee. When I went to the front desk there was a heavy set woman working who wasn't very helpful. She told me she didn't have another coffee maker to give me. I told her I would like to have a cup of coffee before I leave in the morning which was supposed to be very early and ahead of the breakfast schedule. She told me that there would be coffee at 4:00 a.m. when I went down to get coffee she was no longer working and the person that was working hadn't made coffee yet. It was very frustrating. The breakfast offering in the morning was really good with lots of options and fresh food available.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, there is not a hot tub like in the photos and the pool was freezing! There is an indoor pool but it is not heated or the heater was not on!

Staff at front desk were cordial and helpful. However, paper towels in the public women’s bathroom were not refurbished the morning I left even though I reported them the night before. And the wall over the trash can in our room had food splashed on it. The original room assigned to us stunk. The staff immediately assigned us to a new room.
