First room we were in had blood stains on the sheets. 2nd room the balcony door would not open. I should of been given a credit for the difference in room rate only received free appetizers The one person at the front desk basically lied and said the door was fixed when no one looked at it. When they did show up they said it was major work we were better if they fixed it after we left

Hotel standing is very sub-par compared to price paid. A "high-end" motel in a premium beachfront. Otherwise, we would be very unsatisfied to have paid this much for this kind of hotel.

They say that first impressions can make or break your thoughts about certain situations. I try hard not to let that happen but unfortunately the young gentleman that checked us in made us not want to return. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was a little too dramatic for our blood.
