Hallway not well-lit but each room door was well-lit. Room decor was dark, bathroom probably not updated since the 90's, carpet was soft and felt clean when walking barefoot. For breakfast, I ordered from the menu, Belgian waffles were most likely frozen, no taste to them BUT weirdly had a thick coating of sugar and the potatoes were ok. Hotel entrance and lobby looked fantastic, wish the room matched that experience and vibe.

Hotel has mold and bedbugs… Had to switch rooms… And after the second room had the same problems we just left and went somewhere else. Very surprised since Crown Plaza flag is usually better than decent. Not this one.
