Hallway not well-lit but each room door was well-lit. Room decor was dark, bathroom probably not updated since the 90's, carpet was soft and felt clean when walking barefoot. For breakfast, I ordered from the menu, Belgian waffles were most likely frozen, no taste to them BUT weirdly had a thick coating of sugar and the potatoes were ok. Hotel entrance and lobby looked fantastic, wish the room matched that experience and vibe.

I had two conditioners in the bathroom, had to go to front desk for shampoo. I literally had two queen beds with two pillows. Room felt gross and was gross. Luckily I was only there for like 6 hours or else I would have changed hotels. Will not be staying there again.

Told the front desk when checking in that our flight was at 5am and asked about shuttle service in case we needed to take am uber. We were told tsa at jville airport doesn't open until 4am. Wrong. It opens at 3:30am. We didn't get thru tsa until 4:52am and almost missed our flight. Never again. The room smelled like an ashtray, it had a keurig but no kpods for the machine. No microwave in the room. People slamming room doors all night. Too tired to even complain. Was also told not to walk to Waffle House right next door. We did anyways.
