Stayed 4 nights with my son on a winter vacation to Florida. When arrived at the hotel they had a sign at the front desk indicating the Pool is closed. It was hot on arrival and we were looking forward to using the pool. When I asked the front desk how long it would be closed they could not give a date. I paid extra to get the courtside view in order have easy access to the pool. We spent the next four days travelling to the beach which was an extra expense and time I didn't expect. I called the manager to ask for compensation, but was only offered a "convincing" Sales pitch on why they couldn't offer any compensation. I guess the manager doesn't understand customer satisfaction. If you are expecting a pool do not use this hotel. If you are expecting a reasonable conversation with the manager do not expect one. The manager only suggestion was to call the hotel prior to arriving. I guess you can't trust the information posted online. I can't say that about all hotels because I stayed at two other hotels and they were exactly as posted.

Front desk worker was wonderful! We booked a suite and they didn’t have it when we got here. They did give us 2 rooms but our family couldn’t stay together and we had just reunited so that was a bummer.
