We liked being able to drop our rental car and walk back to the hotel. Your staff here is excellent. Your survey needs more stars to give them a proper rating. Also, we were impressed by the restaurant. The food was quite good and our server, Pam, was a real dear. We'll be back!

I liked the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. I was 6 hours early to my check in and they were kind enough to get me in early. The shuttle driver receives top marks from me as he took my bag and provided such quality of service I thought was dead and gone. The room was the first problem. It just seems there was a need for excellent maintenance and upkeep which is not happening at this Hotel. Doors are off kilter and wont close. Mirror frames are broken and split. Paint is scraped, peeling and missing in places. The layers of paint on surfaces is noticeable. My lamp shade was bent beyond salvaging. The hallways are in desperate need or preventative measures to prevent wallpaper scraping. This was evident everywhere. Tears and egregious scrapes throughout every hallway. The upholstery and frames of benches in front of the elevators are either frayed, stained, or scraped up. I was super surprised because the lobby and exterior of this hotel was beautiful and welcoming. The management needs to get on top of this maintenance and cleanliness issue. Doors need to be able to be closed and simple maintenance must be completed.

Verybeasy access to the airport. The hotel provided shuttle service so male sure to tip your driver. Hotel was clean and the staff was very professional and hospitality. Tremeka was awesome.

I really didn’t stay here. My cruise was moved up a day because of hurticane Debby. When I asked to cancel because this was out of my control they would not hear of it. They also didn’t offer a voucher. Not helpful, not understanding, awful business practice
