Ended up having to do a last minute reservation due to a flight cancellation. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. Very convenient to airport, however, a bit confusing when driving to airport from hotel to drop off rental car. Place very clean, although seems a bit outdated. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked being able to drop our rental car and walk back to the hotel. Your staff here is excellent. Your survey needs more stars to give them a proper rating. Also, we were impressed by the restaurant. The food was quite good and our server, Pam, was a real dear. We'll be back!

First, I’ll say the staff is very nice and friendly. But this property is not well maintained. The wallpaper is falling off the walls, the AC doesn’t work very well and everything is dirty. The walls, the elevators and general areas are all worn and dirty. The only food options is their overpriced restaurant ($22/person for breakfast) and they don’t even offer complimentary coffee. The room is okay but the beds aren’t very comfortable.

We were initially charged to park in their parking lot. This is unheard of. The fee was reversed so thank you. They also charged $22.00 per person for the same breakfast every other hotel I have stayed at was complimentary.
