Ladies at the front desk were amazing!! My room was clean and there were no issues. The TV worked perfectly fine. every channel worked and it’s not small at all. Just be aware that if you are going for the purpose of a pool right now it’s closed for renovations so is the hotel. But i heard no noises of work being done. Pool closed was the only bummer for me but doesn’t change the review. Air conditioning worked perfect and my room did not smell.

The pool was closed cause it wasn't clean. The tvs didn't work right i could baerly watch it. And da door didn't work for da back with your key. So you had to walk all da way to da front just to walk all da way to da back where my room was. Didn't like it

The staff was extremely helpful and ansured we knew how to get to our cruise. The hotel was quiet. The pool was clised for renovations. Breakfast was great with hot and cold foods.

The actual hotel was beautiful. The room was really clean w/ a comfortable bed. The pool was also clean & warm. Complimentary breakfast was great! The only issue was the extra charges that were placed on my card that didn't make sense. I checked in w/ Lee. He found my reservation in the system which was through Expedia by way of Hotels.com. It was already paid in full at the time of booking. He asked for my card which I figured was for the $20 deposit for incidental fees. I get notifications whenever my card is charged & after all was said & done, there was a charge from Hotels.com of course, & then there were pending charges from Fairfield directly for $110 along w/ the $20 incidental charge, $20.89, & $100. I have no idea what Lee did that resulted in all of these pending charges & needed them explained to me as the room was left perfectly fine. With the help of Ms Sandreka Jackson who immediately got on the phone w/ the general mgr Jenn, the charges were corrected. Ultimately, I was only charged for the amount from Hotels.com. I'm not sure if Lee knows how it works when you book online through a 3rd party but charging the card again after seeing it in the system through Hotels.com was very frustrating. If I were to book at this hotel again, I would personally call up the hotel & only deal w/ Miss Jackson who had awesome customer service & worked tirelessly on a Sunday morning to ensure I was only charged for what I owed. This young lady deserves a management title!

We were delayed in arriving due to the Crowd strike debacle and the room we reserved was given to another party. Nothing they could do said the night clerk. This is unacceptable. We did get a room but didn’t have a bes for my 9 year old - so she slept on the floor. Unbelievable. Our room was a dump- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Check-in was seamless. Staff was busy but greeted us cordially. Room was comfortable but towels weren't soft. Breakfast was very limited as supplies had not been delivered. There was a garbage odor in the serving area. No housekeeping. Had to go find toilet tissue.

Pleasant stay
Good one-night stay, closed to 95 hwy, cordial staff, clean, very good breakfast, the hotel needs some updates but for its price is a nice place to stop and rest. We liked that it has an EV charging station, it’s a slow one, low cost, and only one but very useful for us!
