Most important, it's very clean (and I'm a tad OCD), so this is high on my priority list. Staff is super friendly; breakfast is good, and the hot cider and cookies in the lobby Saturday were a nice surprise! Will definitely stay here again. Great location too.

Not what we expected
The room was roomy and very comfortable. The bathroom floor had long curly black wig or natural hairs all over. That water closet door squeaked very loudly, so we told the lady at the front desk and she said she’d have maintenance fix it. It never happened. Our stay was for 3 nights.

It wasn’t amazing, and it wasn’t bad. Bathroom floor had hair all over it when we arrived. Pillows were horrible. Was a close to the beach. Easily accessible to everything.

Could not find the front desk staff for several minutes checking in. I was calling out and began calling on the phone when she showed up. The music by the elevator was deafening and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. All very unusual compared to our previous stays at other Hamptons.
