The rooms are very noisy, especially those on front side of building facing road. Needs to be soundproofed. Saving grace is Manager Maria who worked with me to find a quiet room on first floor facing back. She is an exceptionally outstanding manager and very customer focused and knowledgeable.

Staff and cleanliness were fantastic. Housekeeping had a couple of minor issues hence the 4 star rating. If I could give a 4.5 that would be the rating. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
