The only complaint we have are the pillows, they are so flat not even folding them in half made them comfortable for sleeping, the daily breakfast was great lots of choices and the Wednesday happy hour was a nice surprise, free wine, beer, soup and salad plus cheese, veggies, fruit and dessert, plus all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, i highly recommend this hotel

Convenient Great Option near UNF in JAX

Great staff that was extremely helpful. Exceptionally good breakfast (included) for this level of hotel. The room was a little dated and the bathroom needed some work. The fitness center was decent (good quality equipment), but tiny. Good parking and great location proximal to lots of shops and restaurants. Try the nearby Escape Room in Town Center- amazing.

Everything about our stay here was great and the front desk employee, I believe his name was JC, was superb. Probably the best front desk employee we have ever been helped by. He was very efficient and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and more.

Pretty nice place!

Great service and great breakfast offerings! The only thing we didn’t love was the shower. It look like it was in need of repair and the water pressure was so low that it was a bit miserable. Aside from that, the room was great!
