The Hotel was fine except for the weird bathrooms. You had to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door as the door swings closed about an inch from the toilet. So unless you legs are less than an inch wide you can not close the door without stepping into the shower.

We had an exceptional experience at Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport, staying both the night before and after our cruise. The staff delivered outstanding customer service that truly exceeded our expectations. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, even before check-in. She graciously held our luggage and offered great recommendations to make our wait enjoyable—a huge relief for our family. We were also impressed by her kindness and patience while training a new team member. Kirsten was also amazing on the first night we arrived too! Stephanie and Mike, the shuttle drivers, were absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. The room was immaculate, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whenever we return to Jacksonville, this will undoubtedly be our go-to hotel. Highly recommend!waited. We watched her train a new staff member and she was so kind and patient with the new staff too. Stephanie and Mike were fabulous drivers and very friendly. The room was pristine. Anytime we return to Jacksonville this is where we still stay.

The hotel was overbooked, I was traveling with 2 disabled individuals, we booked the accessibility room. We arrived after midnight, we were traveling for vacation. We booked a room with two beds and sofa, they only had a king with a sofa. The bathroom was so incredibly small that the individuals that were traveling with me were extremely inconvenienced. It was late and we just needed to rest before our second half of the drive. I was sent a note that the manager would be contacting me, that was last weekend, still nothing. Super disappointed, we use the Hyatt for most of our travel.
