This 7th floor (top level) one bedroom,one bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This warm and inviting condo is immaculate & beautiful featuring cool colored tiled floors throughout plus an updated bathroom with a tile shower and an updated kitchen fully equipped with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and appliances. This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and is a 5 minute walk TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND! Front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins frolic in the waves.
We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

Its expansive oceanfront balcony wraps around from the living room to the generously sized king bedroom. The ocean views are abundant from the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and balcony.

Enjoyable Beach Stay
Very comfortable and very clean accommodations. Fantastic view. Close to the beach, merely steps away to an almost private beach. Hosts had nice beach chairs and umbrella for use which were very much appreciated. The kitchen was adequately equipped to handle any cooking. Ample parking was available. Highly recommended this property.

The view is stunning. The unit was perfect for two. Well furnished, the basics included. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The location on the island also is good-about 15 minutes at most from the historic town of Fernandina Beach. Close to a grocery store and some restaurants. Not sure we’re coming back this way but would rent it again

Great view of ocean immediately as you enter condo.Comfy window chairs swivel so you can enjoy yourview all day ! Full kitchen is well stocked. Nearby HarrisTeeter grocery and restaurants offer option to eat in or goout for meals. Easy access to beach thru pool area forwalking or people watch. Tennis courts near entrance drive. Definitely on our list for a return visit !

The condo was wonderful…. Very clean and well appointed!! The best thing was the priceless view we had of the ocean/beach. It was just steps away from the condo so taking long walks was a breeze. We would definitely rent this condo again.

My wife and I love Amelia Island and have stayed in this complex several times. Our stay in this unit was no different! Communication with property manager was timely and efficient. The unit was very clean and was exactly as pictured in listing. Kitchen was well appointed. Definitely would stay here again!

Very Special!
The property is a perfect one bedroom condo with ample space for kitchen and living room area. Also a cozy balcony with wonderful views of the Atlantic from the 7th floor. Location on Amelia was perfectly centrally located. We had a little hiccup upon leaving having left a special coffee maker we carried there. Our Host was very accommodating in helping us retrieve. Can’t wait to go back!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here on Amelia Island. This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! the floors are tiled with no carpet to worry about being clean. Everything about it was perfect. We had no problems with anything!!!

Communication was prompt. Check in was smooth. Top floor corner unit. Great neighbourhood. Clean and as advertised. Slight humming sound from AC machines but bearable. Kitchen is NOT stocked. Suggest to at least put some Coffee/coffee filter, creamer and sugar if possible. Grocery and coffee shop at around 7 min drive.

Beautiful Place !
Great vacation. Great location. Our first stay on Amelia Island. Easy to get around. Great restaurants. Pros: stocked Condo with a wonderful view. It was clean and enough room for 2. Cons: Patio faces North East and doesn't get the sea breeze. I know its on the ocean but the fantastic picture windows need to be cleaned once in a while. Other than that, its a great place.

Gorgeous View!
We had a wonderful stay. The view from the condo is spectacular. We slept with the blinds open so we could see the sunrise from bed. It was so nice to be able to hang out on the balcony and see and hear the ocean. It was a great place to stay and if we are in the area again we would love to stay there again.

The property and the unit were both very clean and well maintained. The hosts were also very attentive and provided every detail. The only issue was a very minor one. We were supposed to receive an email upon arrival with the security gate code, but I could not locate that email. Nevertheless the host provided a contingency option in advance and the small issue was really a non issue. We really loved this place and will most definitely try to come back. SOON

Relaxing getaway.
This was a very relaxing vacation, the condo was very quiet even being located near the pool. Liked the idea that it was just a short walk to the beach, the condo was supplied with more than enough supplies to get us through our stay of 5 days. the only problem was at 6'6" and with a bad hip the chairs were very low, too low. But not a problem I just ordered a 24"folding chair from Amazon and with prime it came the next day. The only other thing is that a chair height toilet would be more accommodating. The bottom line is that we had a great time, overall the Condo was outstanding. Thank You Harvey for providing a great place for us to make great memories.
