It was no room service I paid for 3 people and they have 3 medium size towels,I asked to the receptionist for more towels,they said I have to request room service at next day and they didn’t have any way to helped me till next day so next day in the morning I did request room service (never been in hotel with no towels and no room service),well next day we left early for my sons graduation,took showers using shirt to dry ourselves we back around 2pm and surprised same 3 dirty used towels were in the bathroomfloor and not clean towels,my husband talked to the receptionist they said “can’t do anything they don’t have any towels ,3er day we couldn’t take a shower bc we didn’t have any clean towels and they didn’t care!we decide to leave 6am couldn’t shower and not wait to have breakfast like day before with lines and super small area… pool was the most little pool ever seen in my life! Lots of kids so was impossible to used the pool And the pool step rail was broken my husband find out when the kids were going to use it … Breakfast was only overcooked dried eggs and cold sausages,no fruit, not impressed at all … No! I’ll never coming back,service desk staff very rude and acting like they don’t really care for customers.

Chairs by the pool (which is only 10 feet long) are broken. The gate to the pool is also broken. When staff was confronted about our child getting hurt they laughed and blamed our child for climbing up on their broken chair. The chair was already broken! She got hurt on the already broken chair. The women at the front desk should be fired. Unacceptable behavior.

By far the worst hotel breakfast I've ever seen. There was no bread, no bagels, no cereal, only about 3 yogurts in the cooler. There were 4 eggs left in the hot pan that look like they'd been there cooking since the night before. The only option was the Belgian waffle maker, which takes 2.5 minutes per waffle and a line of 6 people ahead of you makes for a slow breakfast. A man came walking through the food area and looked like he was gonna give up on breakfast so we offered a cinnamon roll we had purchased at a store from the day before and he laughed at us and said no thanks because he worked there. So I guess everyone knows the breakfast sucks except for unsuspecting guests who pay to be there. Couldn't even just run to the store down the road to buy a loaf of bread and some butter?

The inn doesn’t let you check in till exactly 3pm. If you want to come in say 1pm they charge you to do so. The rooms have a weird smell and I had to get a room change.

The hotel is centrally located to everything. It's a nice hotel with a pool that was very clean (could of used a few umbrella tables) it had towels and a place to sit ir layout. The breakfast was awesome! The front desk and cleaning services was wonderful. The only bad thing is the noise from the road, we heard everything from are room on the second floor. Ask for an odd number room if you are a lite sleeper. We had a very enjoyable time. We will stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights. When we first walked into our room we slipped on the floor. The floor was slippery and dirty. Was not told the pool was closed until we wanted to go lay out on the deck. The front desk clerk was rude and nasty to us. Breakfast we went down around 9 wanted a waffle mix cane out disgusting and seperated. Asked for new mix and waited over 30 minutes and still no mix. Very rude
