They need to close this property down all the appliance anre old and the hotel room that l in was old and ragged. It had a worst smell Hair was in the tub, bedspread old smelly light fixtures seem like they was falling apart door to the room you had to push hard on it to open And push hard on it to close it . For breakfast it’s just waffles cereal and apple wow what a hotel why is it still opened

The room was nasty, just what you would have expected from a sleazy hotel on the run down side of town but not from a "Quality Inn" I was escaping hurricane milton and everything was booked up so my choices were limited.

I had no choice but this hotel as it was the only one in Jacksonville that still had rooms, that remained through the whole storm because even in an emergency people didn't want to stay here. Filthy, rundown, toilet wouldn't flush, we flushed with buckets. Gross food for breakfast what little choices they had, broken lights and burn holes in lamps, every door and wall needs paint. Twice asked fix toilet, never did, asked for other alternative and was told no place I could go to the bathroom. I said I guess I should go on the sidewalk? And the desk clerk shrugged and said "ok". The only positive is that roaches weren't crawling all over us otherwise next time I will brave my mobile home in the hurricane rather than stay here. I can't believe that the chain would want their name on this hotel, it should be condemmed

Need to remove the "quality" from the hotel's name
Hotel room was absolutely awful. The place smelled, the bathroom door was half rusted shut, I saw a roach crawling through the room within 5 minutes, the whole place looked water damaged. I felt uncomfortable even being there just overnight. Left after I saw the roach, but was not refunded. The place wasn't even that cheap, I've stayed in an economy lodge that was $20 less expensive and much nicer.

Overall the hotel should be called a motel. It’s very run down and just looks dirty. Peeling paint, cracks in floor, the shower had zero water pressure. I should have known better with how cheap it was.

I should have read the reviews! I’m usually not picky with budget friendly hotels but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. Had to switch room because the first one smelled like marijuana. The pool and hot tub were out of service, the tv had no signal and the water was barely hot when I took a shower. Very disappointing especially after travelling 12 hours!

Pretty run town place. When I walked in I there was pieces of candy on the floor along with dirt. When I walked in into the bathroom the floor was sticky. The only time I took off my shoes was to get into bed. The lobby was clean, but the pool was closed and the general state of the property is pretty run down.

I would not stay again as a single female the property is too isolated. I had a roach in my room and the pool and hot tub were down and it did not look like a new situation. Only once ice machine worked. My microwave was broken, they did give me a new one for the second night. The only thing that was a positive was the front desk help very nice and helpful.
