Clean and comfortable room. However there is a nightclub/restaurant on the property that brought an interesting crowd. There were many people just hanging out for hours in the parking lot. When I went to grab something at the convenience store, I walked past a man urinating against the building between two cars.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!
When we arrived, the lounge/restaurant that was attached to the hotel was having an event that caused the entire parking lot to be packed and have guests, not staying at the hotel drunk and wandering the parking lot and through the lobby. The lobby seems to be one of the very few "renovated" areas that is pictured on the site. The second floor, where we were placed was trashed. When we got to our room there was vomit on the floor in front of our door. I called the front desk, in which the woman scoffed at me and responded with "I guess I can send someone to clean it up." There were other guests hanging out, outside of our room until 1am. The next morning we came out to towels being thrown over the vomit. When I went to the front desk, I again explained what had happened and requested that we be moved to one of the renovated rooms that was pictured on their site when reserving the room. The woman told us, they couldn't do that and it was an extra charge.. They refused to "upgrade" us to a renovated room $3 difference a night from what I see, the refused to move us to a different room at all and the absolute best they could do was refund us so we didn't have to stay there for a second night! Oh and all this was handled through TEXTING her manager!!! While some other guest stood there and hit on in me in line in the lobby!!!!!! FYI the vomit was still on the floor at 11:30a while house keeping walked over it!

Accommodations were okay. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The price advertised on the hotel site was not accurate or for in person. Went back to the truck and saved money with expedia. The only thing is that Expedia did not say that there would be a $50 charge upon checking in.

Great stay
Made a last minute reservation as our original hotel was bug infested. The Ramada was fairly priced. The check in clerk was very friemdly amd quick to get us in our room. The room was clean and comfortable overall. Even though the hotel is doing some remodeling, it was overall a very great stay.

Hopeful after renovations
The hotel was under construction/renovation and no one communicated when i made the reservation weeks in advance. I paid for a upgraded room that still had no microwave to warm food i had to walk all the way to the lobby House keeping does not distribute towels which was not communicated so i had to walk wet to the front desk to retrieve fresh towels. All hotel amenities such as pool, gym, breakfast were all not functioning due to renovations.

I checked into my room and the AC wasn’t working properly and not to mention after taking a shower the water was stopped up in the tub and definitely didn’t use drain plug at that moment plus after getting out the shower I happened to lookup in the ceiling and noticed a roach was about to lay a egg which was very disgusting highly wouldn’t recommend to anybody to return to

I’ve stayed here before in one of the updated rooms and it was ok. This previous visit wasn’t so good. The room had a mold smell and the bed was very uncomfortable (hard) the bath tub had a very slow drain and I found a roach in the room. People hang right outside the lobby door and smoke and hang out which makes it very uncomfortable when approaching the building. There’s a bar and lounge connected to this hotel and parking can be a hassle at times. The elevator creeps me out.
