Rooms were big by comparison. Clean. Good value. Check in was not smooth. Surroundings needed attention. Weight room just stunk. Car up on jacks !? Mold on exterior needs removing. Transients made it feel unsafe.

I thought the apartment style layout was very nice and the suite / room conditions were great. My only miagiving was the limited stafg for breakfast, lack of attention to detail at breakfast and limited breakfast options.

The room didn’t seem fresh, with the carpet and sofa having stains. The air conditioning would turn on and small black fuzz would come out onto the bed. One of the access doors did not work to enter the building so we had to walk around to a further entrance.

Good service but very cold rooms
The Service was good, it was very clean. Good breakfast food. However it was very cold in the rooms because it was very cold weather . Upgrading of the Temperature control sys tem is required.

I had a major issue here my ac didnt work and the property was booked so they coukdnt change my room. So i woke up extremely sick from sleeping in the heat snd im still sick

My husband and I loved the stay. We will definitely use again. Great customer service and they helped us quickly and with care after we had a hiccup at our previous hotel that we had to cancel due to the lack of customer service.
