The suite i was given was a handicapped accessible room, which is fine... However, the shower didn't contain the water, so the majority of the floor was wet. There isn't proper ventilation in the bathroom. The toilet was rocking and the mirror was mounted crooked. It threw off the look of the bathroom. I even tried to straighten is, but the mirror couldn't be adjusted. My kids wanted to play their game, but there was no proper remote to change the input. The remote provided was a universal remote, but there was no input button. Not sure why that type of remote would be provided when the room was $125. The most basic accommodations should be a fully functioning television and decent bathroom. The overall stay was "ok".

NO NO NO. Do not stay here! They are under renovations - which should be disclosed. But unsure why the carpet is so dirty and not vacuumed. We pulled back our sheets to climb in bed and the sheets were stained nasty! I had to go back down to the front desk, they gave me a different room, had to pack everything up and move to another room. Boooo. The shower felt dirty. My daughter wore her sandals in the shower because she didn’t want her feet touching the shower. Gross. I have pictures and a video of it all in case Expedia or the hotel would like to further see what is going on there.

It’s ok. Luckily We stayed for a night. There was paint stains all over the room. Bed sheets were moist and had some type of stains in them.

Front desk staff were rude and were in and out to the front smoking cigarettes. My room was not cleaned either day oh my 3 night stay. After coming in from a long day out to a room that someone had just come in and changed the trash bags my husband said something about it but nothing was done to rectify the issue. I also really did not like that you have to pay to use the washer and dryer (which I understand) but the machines require quarters. After loading the washer with wet clothes from my kids swimming, the front desk told me that I had to wait until the day shift came in to get quarters, only to wait to the next morning to be told that they don’t keep quarters in the cash drawer. Very inhospitable.
