Great people, very nice room cleaning attendants Overall in a nice area convenient to shopping and food places some walking distance Nice gym, pool and even basketball court No complaints other than one of my towels had blood spots on it, although clean I turned it in to the front desk Just watch the towels and sheets before laying down I would love to stay there again

Stay Suite Hotels are always my go to now. Since my first experience they never disappoint. The staff is amazing! The rooms are spacious! The beds are comfy! They have longer hours for breakfast than most other places. Very convenient if you have little ones that have a hard time in the morning. This one had a BBQ that was open to guests for use. Very nice addition especially for us since my husband loves to cook outdoors. For any family traveling I would always recommend Stay Suites Hotels.

The hotel is nice, staff are super friendly, breakfast and dinner is pretty good; but it feels like a pet owner ONLY hotel. If you have pet allergies or do not the strong smell of animals, do not stay here. EVERY single room is pet friendly. My room smelled like dogs and cat pee. A dog had several “accidents” on the 3rd floor hallway and the smell was horrific. Even after staff shampooed it, the odor was still strong. Really unpleasant experience. Usually hotels have certain floors designated for pets but that is not the case here. I could not get my money back because I booked through a third party booking site. The allowing of pets in every room should be disclosed on all booking websites;however, it is not!

All of the staff at the from the front desk, maintenance, kitchen and house keeping were very polite and most accommodating. We love staying there and it will always be our first choice.
