Roaches everywhere
Do not stay here. The place is crawling with german roaches. It's disgustingly dirty, the floor is sticky and covered in grime. There's soap scum and dirt in the tub, the sink was blocked with hair. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1. Never have we stayed at such a disgusting hotel.

The don’t let us stay we lose the money, they were asking for everyone ID and some we don’t have ID, so for that reason they don’t let us stay in. Rally bad customer service and everything an general, wasn’t fair.

Great experience. The woman at the front desk was so nice and so helpful as well as the maintenance guy. So nice! The rooms were clean and did such a hot day it was great to see the AC was already on when we got in the room! Will definitely be going back

Horrible ! Dirty !
I paid for a king bed which I did not get . The pillows cases were burned . There also was an ash tray in our no smoking room that smelled of smoke . The toilet and shower , and counters and fridge was dirty . Piss was all around the toilet and dried up poop in the toilet . Hair and bars of soap were still in the shower . I had to purchase cleaning supplies. The room had flies . The workers didn’t speak English to offer assistance of any kind . The pool was filthy .

We didn’t have hot water, some of the light in the room not working, we talked to the staff and they ignore us, I will give this hotel one start, I will never recomended.

TERRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! Do not book.
ive switched my room THREE TIMES because of all of the malfunctions, the first room was fine, but it had roaches. Overall it was a 6/10 room. Then we left and then came back once again, we expected it to be okay like the first one, but NO the air conditioning was broke, and the stove didn't work at all. They didn't even have a maintenance worker. We switched rooms once again, expecting it to better since the workers said it was an "upgraded room" but when we walked in, it was fine but the bed was very dirty under the sheets.. the sheets were a bit dirty too, i went to use the bathroom, but.. THERE WAS NO BATHROOM DOOR. And you can feel the springs in the bed, I thought it couldn't get worse but there was a spider on my bed. Big one, and then i thought again, it cant get worse now right?? But NO! The stove didnt work well, and the shelf fell off in the kitchen!!! And now they let someone book the room were staying in!!! Were forced to leave. Theyre very unprofessional, unorganized, and workers are rude. That was my experience in this terrible expensive so called "hotel"!!!! Very mad ❌️❌️😡😡

The first room stunk! Also lights did not work. Second room smelled better & since it was late took it but 1/2 lights in room didn’t work so couldn’t see enough regarding cleanliness but bed was clean. We basically grabbed some rest and left as early as possible. Would never go back.
