Located in proximity to Jacksonville International Airport (14 minutes), EverBank Stadium (9 minutes), and Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens (8 minutes). 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Find your "home away from home" on a safe, quiet street located near a fire station and an elementary school. Traveling Nurses -- UF Health Jacksonville located 10 minutes away!

Explore all that Jacksonville has to offer from this centrally located home conveniently minutes from I-95 to easily visit downtown, the beaches, and historic St. Augustine. You'll find some of the best NYC-style Chinese Takeout Jacksonville has to offer just a few blocks away, but an entire region of food to explore awaits you like Gullah-Geechee inspired Garlic Crabs!! ● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine to cover additional cleaning costs.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Please wash all dishes.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

*** Please note: this home is located adjacent to an infrequently used railroad line. Typically 1-2 trains pass per day around midmorning with a higher frequency leading up the weekend on no set schedule. Guest will hear, feel, and SEE passing freight trains from the back of the property.***
