I have texted and called many times to confirm booking as well as late arrival due to traveling across the country. To which i got no response to. Only to get here and not even get what i paid for due to the lack of service.

I was not able to lock the door from the inside. I felt unsafe. Very noisy. The bed was unstable for 2 people. Room was clean. A lot of safety issues.

The exceptional thing about this hotel is the staf
I had stayed here before. The reception service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. However, there are some good rooms and some terrible ones, starting with the bathtubs in poor condition. My last experience was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub and the fridge, and the bed even moved. It was very unpleasant. The exceptional thing about this hotel is the staff.
