When I tried calling to let them know, I would be arriving late. No one answered the phone when I showed up after 1 AM. The door was locked with a sign saying they were closed and if there was an emergency to call phone number. When I called the phone number it was, not a working number. I had to go down the street and find another hotel which was five times the price.

I didn't stay at the property. I arrived with a friend who did not have their ID and she was not permitted. I was told that was their policy. The policy is on the check in desk not the website. I would not have chosen to stay there had I known that was the policy.
