HIRE BETTER STAFF
Hotel seems very ghetto . Staff is extremely rude & ghetto. Rooms are cheap but not worth everything else that comes with it . I didn’t even get my room after traveling 2 1/2 hours with 2 small kids . I was told they had been calling all day when I only missed one call 30 mins prior to me pulling in (kids had phone for entertainment). But it’s okay . I’m glad it didn’t work out & I found a nicer hotel for my stay. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

NICE!
No bugs seen in my room at all Front desk has rules that they Have to follow but they really try to work with you while adhering to S.O.P.........it's mostly quiet and feels safe....... Not a lot of noise and B. S. seen or heard in Public areas....... This is my experience for a 2 week period. 2 weekends included....... Not the best But EXTREMELY FAIR AND CLEAN

Easy to park , but found cheetos in the cabinet in our room. My fiance may have freaked out if she saw that. But jist need to step it up on the cleaning, and fix the drink vending machine.

This was a clean and very affordable extended stay for us. We were pleasantly surprised. We would stay here again if we needed to. The staff was wonderful.

The staff are NOT nice or professional. Additional fees I’ve never seen at any other hotel. They make it a point to tell people they are not apart of the corporate woodspring. A lot of homeless people, people living in their car in the parking lot and drunks lingering around building.

Filth and bugs didn’t even stay, rebooked at Hilto
Was walking in lobby and someone told me you don’t want to stay here. Cockroaches, mold and the rooms smell. I am highly allergic to cockroaches and my wife booked this room as its somewhat close to base and it was just myself staying. Ended up staying at our normal place Embassy suites. Never again…..
