Had to ask for a room to be cleaned. Every day floors were filthy. We had to mop them ourselves probably one of our worst experiences at a hotel.

Room was dirty. Shower even had used bar of soap in it. Ice maker had no ice. Back outside entry unsafe. Key car and buzzer did not work. It finally was opened by a visitor from inside but I had to jerk my husband and his wheelchair back as the door started to shut on him. Only good thing was that the beds were comfortable.

I had a man walk into my room and they did nothing about it. Just said they would beef up security. I didn’t sleep at all that night.
