* Airport: When searching for and booking your flight, make sure you fly into the Juan SantaMaria aiport ( SJO) and not Liberia. SJO is only an hour and a half from the Jaco area. Liberia is 4 hours away! DO NOT fly into Liberia airport!
* Transportation: You can arrange your airport transfers through us and are always better off doing so. We use one the the top transportation companies in Costa Rica and feature new model. air conditioned vans and buses with the capacity from 4-50 passengers. All of their drivers are safe, professional, licensed and insured.
*Activities: Our concierges will arrange the best activities and tours for you with the areas best tour operators and at discounted rates. All tour operators we use have been thoroughly vetted , time tested and chosen because they offer the highest quality and most professional experiences to our guests.
There is an abundance of great tours/excursions here in the Jaco area and our co-hosts at JacoVIP will handle all of your tour reservations to ensure you have the best experiences.
*Fishing - Do you or anyone in your group like to go Fishing? The house is located only 10 minutes away from the Los Suenos Marina - known as the Fishing Capital of Costa Rica, the Fishing here is world class year round. We have an On-Staff fishing Pro who will hook you up with the areas best performing Captains and boats.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Vacation rental and trip cancellations, for ANY reason, must be made NO LATER THAN 90 DAYS from the scheduled date of arrival to qualify for a 50% refund of your deposit.
This includes but is not limited to reasons of acts of God, acts of nature, acts of war, ANY type of state or federal travel advisories or warnings from ANY agency whether it be CDC, FDA, or Department of State, threats of disease or virus, missed or cancelled flights, foul weather, or ANY OTHER REASON. We suggest you purchase travel insurance if you feel you may be at risk of having to cancel your trip.

COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY:
In the event you are unable to come to Costa Rica after you book, due to a COVID-19 issue that results in Costa Rica closing it's borders to incoming visitors, or the US Department of State issues a No Travel order to Costa Rica , we will refund 100% of your deposit/payments. (minus any Credit Card processing or VRBO fees)
