This open concept unit has a gorgeous brand new kitchen and has been tastefully upgraded throughout. Large screen smart TV's in every bedroom, 70 inch smart TV in the living room with comfortable furniture.
It's a spacious unit at over 1750 square feet and NO additional resort fees!
All 3 bedrooms have high quality mattresses that are super comfortable along with luxurious linens. All protected with mattress and pillow protectors. You will be sure to get a good nights sleep! The master bedroom has an ensuite and sliding patio doors to the terrace. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep. The second bedroom is another large bedroom with a king bed that can be divided into 2 twins if that better fits your needs. The third bedroom also has a king sized bed. There is free use of a Pack n Play and 2 sets of kids dishes.
There is a high quality Airbed (full sized) if available for an additional 2 SMALL children only.
MAX 6 adults for this unit!! Teenage children are considered adults!
Boogie boards and beach chairs available for your use.
The internet and router have been upgraded so that multiple users can enjoy the high speed internet and there is premium cable package with some English channels in the living room.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything will need. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and the kitchen opens up to the living room. Plenty of room for cooking your meals at home if choose not to go out to one of the many fabulous restaurants nearby.
The Palms resort has an oceanfront pool and loungers and a wading pool for the kids. Palms guests are entitled access Croc's resort next door and it's gorgeous resort pools. You will find an outdoor restaurant, poolside drink service, a coffee shop, gift shop, casino and other dining options at Crocs.
We are located on the north end of the beach, an easy 15 min walk to center of town or a $2-4 taxi ride anywhere in town. There are 3 grocery stores nearby.
Jaco is less than 1.5 hrs from San Jose airport and has numerous restaurants, shops, surfing, paddle boarding, ATV rides, horseback riding and is nearby to many tours. We use a local property manager and he can set you up with excursions, tours, fishing charters etc. and is available to answer any questions you may have.
This is one of the nicest units on Jaco Beach and we're sure you will enjoy your stay here. This unit is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. However it is not suitable for those looking for a party environment. This is our second home, not only a rental property. NO unregistered guests, NO BACHELOR PARTIES, NO pets, responsible guests only please.

There is a small parking lot directly in from to the unit that is first come, first served. An additional overflow lot is just down the block.
