Private room with shared bathroom (regular cleaning) in a dwelling house. 15 min by car or 25 min by tram from Montpellier. 3 min from Lac du Crès and 3 min from all shops by car. Without a car ? We have a bus stop 30 meters from the accommodation which will drop you off at the JACOU tram stop.
There is a large closet to store your things, a work space, a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime , air conditioning and heating, a large comfortable bed.
We do not allow access to our kitchen.On the other hand, the room is equipped with a mini fridge (with integrated freezer), a microwave, a cupboard to store your food products, an electric kettle and crockery (glass, cutlery, plates, bowls…). Everything has been thought out for your comfort.
There are free parking spaces around the accommodation.
A parking space is in front of the house, but it is private. Only occasional parking is allowed to fix problems.
About the neighborhood:
The area is very quiet and familiar, it is very good to live there for your short or long professional or tourist stays.
