Patience needed!
Check in was fast and efficient. Our rooms AC did not work well. We waited fkr 30 min after our first phone call asking for a different room. They forgot as I had to call back a second time. They finally gave us another room with good AC. When we went to the breakfast buffet the next morning, they had cancelled our free buffet. So, he said I had to go to the front desk. The manager was too lazy to come tslk to me. The girl at the front desk said no free buffet. I said, I will go back up to my room and get the reservation. I took it to the front desk, she said sorry...but when we went to eat, he tried to stop us again! Humiliating as my husband was setting down with his food. Breakfast buffet was average but the chef doing the omelets and eggs had great difficulty. I recommend, if you want to stay here, pack you bag with patience!

Room small and staff speak little english. Service slow and always asking to pay for laundry when already inform the hotel that will pay after check out.

This hotel located at tangerang, 1 hour ride from jakarta. The room so small but comfort enough for 2 people. Breakfast very limited and not so good. Near to big shopping complex summarecon mall (about 1 mile). Our first room air cond not working then switch to another room that better.

Room and bath worn, but clean. Staff very helpful. Great value for the price. Hospital and grocery store next door, very large mall 3-4 km away. On a main street but there doesn't seem to be public transport--lots of taxis, though.

Staff, comfort, water pressure, and brekie were all great! Hectic traffic getting there though so what took 20 mins the next day took a few hours from the airport to the hotel the day before. Note to management; why not close off the shower so that the bathroom floor remains dry?
