部屋にバスタオルバスマットなどのタオル類が一切、用意されていませんでした。 部屋にある電話機は受付につながらないため、フロントがあるロビーまで行き、タオルの用意を依頼しました。 その後、バスタオルは1枚しか用意されませんでした。いつもはバスタオルは2枚用意されています。1枚しか支給されていないのに、チェックアウト後にホテルから、「バスタオルが1枚しかないが、持って帰ったのではないか}というメッセージが届きました。 自分たちのサービスの落ち度があったのに、お客にそのような言葉を言うのは失礼でとても不愉快になりました。 またポットは壊れていて電源が入らない。その後交換してもらいましたが、その対応も30分以上待たされました。 バスルームは排水溝の匂いがして清潔ではありませんでした。 このホテルは多く利用していましたが、今回はとても残念なサービスでした
