A gorgeous hotel—from the entrance, the lobby, the room, and every corner, everything is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. I informed them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a cake and some decorations. Small gestures like this truly warm our hearts and make the stay feel special. All the staff are amazing and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and greeting you with a big smile. The concierge also acted quickly to help us with our suitcases Breakfast in a beautiful place with tons of options! I absolutely love their pastries, coffee, and jamu. Such a lovely breakfast experience!

Great business district hotel

Spotlessly clean hotel with beautiful art deco decor. The service was impeccable and the food very good by hotel standards. The roof-top lounge on the 65th floor was a great place to hangout and have a drink.

Great Hotel

The Hotel it self was great and friendly staff. The only grievance we had that the connecting door latch was not right. It was possible to open from the other side even with no handle. Also why does it take up to 2 weeks to refund deposit. Why was it not put on pending?
